Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had an appalling room with just a treadmill, a bike, an elliptical, and nothing else, but was great overall as it felt like a little suite with separate accommodation for my wife and I and our 2 granddaughters. It was very welcoming, clean, and very comfortable with fantastic service beyond helpful and incredibly polite. The location was perfect, near to the office, calm, and with easy access to transportation, restaurants, pharmacy, park, and more. The dining was slightly too expensive, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The room, though having an individual temperature control, was very small with no hallway leading to the bed. It was cozy but felt cramped, especially considering the price paid. The service was fabulous, with staff being welcoming, efficient, and very helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. The location was excellent, providing easy access to the city center and various amenities, although it didn't offer the most picturesque view. The dining experience, while expensive, was plentiful and delicious, but waiting times could be improved. Overall, a stay with its highs and lows.
The hotel is situated in a prime location in the banking district of Geneva with superb access to trams and buses. The rooms, while cozy and equipped with all necessary amenities, could benefit from being a bit more spacious. The service is exceptional, with pleasant and helpful staff who are always ready to assist. However, the dining experience is on the pricier side, and one might find better value at nearby cafes. Overall, a great choice for convenience and top-notch service.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, although a bit dark with a black and white theme. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very quiet. However, I felt the room could have been a little bigger.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were small but well-furnished and clean, offering a comfortable bed and pillows at a reasonable price. The service was fantastic, with special thanks to Jimmy for the local tips and attentive staff. The location was great for exploring, though it seemed to have deteriorated a bit recently. The dining was lacking in quality and value for money. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay pleasant overall. However, the steeply sloped ceiling required careful maneuvering around the bed. The service was fantastic, with the staff being very helpful and excellent in assisting me with check-in and arranging car parking, although some extra charges applied. The location was great, offering easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops nearby, even though it was slightly off the beaten track. On the downside, the dining options were not up to standard and quite expensive. Overall, a decent stay with some highlights and room for improvement.
The hotel had rooms available at lower rates, which were small but warmly decorated, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a fully-stocked mini fridge and snacks, though the room was cosy and dark for the price paid. The service was extremely helpful and pleasant, with a lovely touch of chilled face cloths provided. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in the old town and museums. The dining experience offered various good quality food options, though a bit pricey. Overall, a cozy stay with friendly service in a great location.
